Return & Refund Policy

Seasonal items are a final sale. Merchandise accompanied by an original receipt may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase, at which time the original form of payment will be refunded. Merchandise must be unworn and unused, with the original tags attached and packaging intact. 

Merchandise with a gift receipt may be exchanged for store credit within 2 weeks of purchase. Crocus & Ivy reserves the right to refuse or limit returns and exchanges without the original receipt. 

Shipping costs on returns are at the customer's expense. All sale merchandise is a final sale. No returns or exchanges, no exceptions. No price adjustments. 

Sales are final on intimate apparel, hosiery, body care products, gourmet items, books, seasonal items, and custom or special orders.
