It bakes up beautifully, easy, no chilling and it really is a GREAT chocolate chip cookie. This is going to be a top ten recipe in my recipe box:)
Let's bake. . .
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Into the stand of your mixer, add in a cream together until fluffy
1 c. salted butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. b. sugar
Add in
2 tsp. vanilla
2 large eggs
In a separate bowl, whisk together
3 c. flour
1 tsp. b. soda
1/2 tsp. b. powder
1 tsp. sea salt
Add the flour to the butter mixture until combined.
Add in
2 c. chocolate chips
Scoop 1-2 tbsp. and roll into a ball, placing them onto your parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for about 9-10 minutes (depending on the size of your cookie)
Remove when they are just starting to turn golden.
Let sit for about 5 mintues before placing them onto a cooling rack.
