I found this recipe in an old cookbook from my kid's school - you know, one of those books where everyone submits their best or their kids' favorite recipes. This recipe originally was for a full cut up chicken, but a good friend did it on wings and now this is a favorite recipe in my family. It's a very loose recipe, not really any measurements, you just have to go with it - my only comment is - don't be too stingy with the ingredients - it all magically comes together to make a really yummy, gooey, delish wing. Oh yes, 1 more thing - make more than you think you'll need - I do 2 pans now when I make them - they seem to be devoured before you know it (yes, devoured not just eaten, LOL)

Let's get to the recipe...

Finger Lickin' Sticky Wings

Place your wings into a 9x12 greased baking dish. (don't overcrowd)
Sprinkle over top of the wings
garlic powder
ground ginger
salt
Brown sugar (dont' be stingy (I used about 6 tbsp in my 9x12 baking dish)
Drizzle soy sauce over top

Bake in a 375 oven for about 45 minutes.

Remove and drizzle honey over the chicken (I used about 6-7 tablespoons)

Bake for another 15-25 minutes, basting the wings once or twice.

Remove and enjoy!
