It's the long weekend and that means it's the start of summer (we hope)! So, what does that mean to a baker? It means ice cream season and all the desserts we can make with it! Here's a recipe that is so easy and so rich and creamy, you'll be making this and experimenting with all your favorite add ins and add ons! If you like the ice cream bowls in the photo, hop over to our website or pop into the shop - they're the Danica Ice Cream bowls and they're perfect for summer ice cream parties!

Now, to the recipe . . .

No Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

Whip, using your mixer or stand mixer, until quite stiff
2 c. whipping cream

In a separate bowl, combine
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp vanilla

Gently fold 1/2 the whipping cream into the milk and vanilla mixture.

Now add the whipping cream/vanilla mixture into the remaining whipped cream - being careful not to overmix.

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.

Remove, scoop and add your favorite toppings.

Enjoy!
