No fuss, all chocolatey joy — creamy pudding turned into the easiest mousse ever
This dessert is so easy it's almost embarrassing! This is something my kids made up years ago and it's still a favorite. It's light, it's satisfying and if you serve it in a fancy dish - it can look like you slaved over the perfect chocolate mousse. Kinda of like that old Rice Krispie Square add where she comes out of the kitchen looking a mess - this recipe is just like that! Little effort but great results;)
Chocolate Mousse
1 box instant chocolate pudding (use whichever size you like)
Make the pudding following the instructions on the box.
Add Cool Whip to the pudding and gently stir.
I used a small container when I made the 4 serving pudding, but if you're using the bigger package use more Cool Whip.
Put the mousse into the fridge until ready to serve.
Top with a dollop of Cool Whip and sprinkles or chocolate shavings and . .
