Ok! This is something I've been eating every day this week! It's so delish, healthy and has all the flavors of a peach crisp. It's incredibly satisfying, especially if you love a nice juicy peach.
So here's what I do. . .
se as much as you like and adjust sweetness to your taste
Unflavored yoghurt (I use Siggi's high protein)
Sliced peaches (ripe and juicy)
maple syrup
and a sprinkle of cinnamon
Yup, that's it! Stir it together and 'you're welcome:)'
