Ooey, gooey, peanut buttery, caramel goodness - that's what this recipe is! Who knew adding some 'oh henry' chocolate bars to a peanut butter cookie could take you to cookie heaven? These are so quick to make and sooo, sooo good - they check all the cookie boxes! Good texture, good taste, the perfect combo of sweet and chocolate and good right out of the oven (who doesn't do this ) and good a day later (if there's any left). Peanut Butter Oh Henry Cookies In the bowl of your stand mixer, mix together 1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened 1/4 c. smooth peanut butter 3/4 c. brown sugar When mixed add in and mix 1 egg Slowly add in and mix together 1 1/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt Remove from stand and stir in 2 chopped oh henry chocolate bars. Roll about 2 tbsp. cookie dough and place onto baking sheet. Press down gently with a fork or your fingers, leaving room to spread. Makes about 10 larger cookies. Bake at 375 for about 8-9 minutes or until edges are a golden brown. Enjoy!
