Here's a recipe that is so quick, so easy and perfect for busy nights! It's so tasty, pretty on the plate and satisfying to eat!
To the recipe. . .
Shrimp Stir Fry
Mix together and set aside (I double this - we like lots of sauce!)
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
Get ready
4 c. veg - I use whatever I have in my fridge - broccoli, pea pods - whatever you need to use up!
1 package frozen shrimp (follow instructions for de-thawing on package)
Into your fry pan or wok, add in
2 tsp. oil
Add in the shrimp and cook until it turns pink - couple of minutes.
Remove from pan and set aside
Drain any liquid from the pan.
Add in 2 tsp. oil and add in
veggies - cooking until crisp.
Add in and cook until sauce has thickened.

Serve over rice.
