These are brownies that my testers said they dream about! They're chocolatey, a bit of a crunch from the Skor and so satisfying! If you're the kind of person who dreams in chocolate (yes, we are) then you're going to want to try these brownies.
Skor Brownies
In a saucepan, over low/med heat, melt together
4 oz (115 g) semi sweet chocolate
1 oz (28 g) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
Let cool for about 10 minutes.
Whisk in
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Add in
2 eggs, (one at a time.
Stir in
1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
Fold in
3 Skor bars (broken into small pieces- I put mine in a ziploc back and smash them)
Spread into a parchment line 8"x8" pan
Bake at 350 for at 25 minutes until your cake tester or toothpick comes out with a few crumbs- don't overbake)
Let cool before removing them from the pan.
