Our family loves the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Apples - what's not to love? Apples covered in caramel and chocolate and rolled into skor and pretzels - on my goodness! So, found this easy way to do them and let me tell you, this is delish! Super easy, quick and so, so good and yes, it's healthy - right? After all, it is an apple - LOL.

Let's get to the recipe . . .

Prep these things as you'll need to work quickly when the time comes to add them.

1-2 green apples, washed and chopped and sprinkled with lemon juice (this stops the browning of the apples)
1 c. pretzels, broken into smallish pieces
1/2-1 c. skor bits
(the above quantities are estimates only - use as much or as little as you like)

Melt
1 bag of milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp. coconut oil (this makes it easier to spread)

Spread the chocolate over a parchment lined cookie sheet or tray, don't go too thin, you want to be able to layer the apples over top.

Sprinkle your chopped apples, pretzels and skor bits over top.

Melt
1/2 c. soft caramels and drizzle over top.

Melt
1/4 c. milk chocolate chips and drizzle over top.

Pop into the fridge to let set.

Remove from fridge and break into pieces or let your guests do the breaking.

*this can get warm and sticky, so best to keep in fridge as much as possible.

Enjoy!
