This is a recipe that I make often in the summer!  I love the sweetness with the hint of spice and I love how easy this is to make! If you're making lots, just double or triple the recipe until you get enough marinade for your chicken.
(Sorry about the 2nd picture - the steam kept getting in the way!)

Chicken Kabobs

Marinade (make enough for 1 chicken breast)
Mix together
1 tbsp. b. sugar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper

Cut you chicken breast into nice size chunks and place into a bowl or a ziploc bag.
Pour marinade over chicken and let sit for a few hours.

Thread the pieces onto your skewer (soak the wood ones so they don't burn up)

Grill the skewers, remembering to turn them.

Enjoy!
